This Brand & Trademark Disclaimer applies to medute.com, operated by Royal Pro Solutions Inc., doing business as Medute (“Medute,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Independent reseller
Medute is an independent reseller of medical equipment, surgical supplies, diagnostics, and related healthcare products. Unless a specific product page expressly states otherwise, we are:
- Not the manufacturer of the products we sell;
- Not an exclusive authorized dealer for every brand we list;
- Not a partner, joint venture, franchisee, or agent of any manufacturer; and
- Not sponsored, endorsed, or approved by a brand owner merely because that brand’s name appears in a product title or description.
We source genuine products through authorized distributors and other legitimate supply channels. Affiliation language on a product page, if any, controls only for that product.
2. Ownership of trademarks and brand names
All third-party product names, brand names, logos, slogans, trade dress, and trademarks referenced on medute.com are the property of their respective owners. Those marks appear on our site only to identify the products customers are searching for and purchasing. Use of a mark does not imply that Medute is affiliated with, or authorized by, the trademark owner beyond ordinary product identification in commerce.
3. Product titles and descriptions
Product titles often include manufacturer names, model numbers, and packaging details so buyers can match the correct SKU. Descriptions summarize commercially available specifications and may quote or paraphrase manufacturer literature. We strive for accuracy, but manufacturers can change packaging, labeling, or specs. Always review the physical product labeling and manufacturer documentation that ships with the item.
4. No sponsorship or endorsement claims
Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that a manufacturer sponsors Medute, employs Medute, or guarantees Medute’s retail pricing, shipping, or customer service. Manufacturer warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer under that manufacturer’s terms.
5. Copyright and site content
Original Medute site design, original written content, and original graphics (other than third-party brand assets) are owned by Royal Pro Solutions Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy our catalog layout or original marketing copy for competing commercial use without written permission. Fair use of product identification information for your internal purchasing records is allowed.
6. Trademark owner requests
If you are a trademark owner or authorized representative and believe a listing misuses a mark, misstates affiliation, or should be corrected, contact us. We review good-faith notices and will update or remove content when appropriate.
