Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Medute.com. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy, designed to provide full transparency regarding order fulfilment, processing times, and shipping-related concerns.
1. Order Processing & Handling Time
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Standard Orders: Processing time is 1-2 business days.
- Expedited Orders: Processing time is same day to 1 business day if placed before 5:00 PM EST.
- Orders placed after cutoff time will be processed the next business day.
- If there is a high volume of orders, processing and shipment may be delayed. We will notify you of any such delays via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total order value.

Additional Notes:
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately, but you will be notified accordingly.
- Expedited shipping is only available for addresses within the continental United States.
- We will update you via email or phone if there are delivery delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Carriers & Coverage
We partner with reputable carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- FedEx (Federal Express)
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
Delivery Restrictions:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- We only ship to addresses within the United States & U.S. territories.
- We currently do not offer international shipping.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
- A shipping confirmation email will be sent once the order has shipped, including the tracking number(s).
- Tracking details typically become active within 24 hours of shipment.
5. Backorders & Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you immediately with an estimated restock and shipping time. Customers may choose to:
- Wait for the back ordered item to be restocked.
- Cancel the order for a full refund.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- All product prices displayed exclude applicable sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
- Medute.com is not responsible for any additional duties, customs, or import taxes imposed by local jurisdictions.
- Any fees incurred after shipment is dispatched (including tariffs, import duties, or taxes) are the customer's sole responsibility.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments
Damaged Items:
- If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods, then contact the carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) directly to file a claim.
- We recommend taking photos of the damaged package as proof for the claim process.
Lost Packages:
- If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at support@medute.com.
- We will assist you in locating your package with the shipping carrier.
- If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.
8. Cancellations, Returns, & Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
- Please refer to our Return Policy for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
