  • Cost: Shipping is calculated based on your total order value and is displayed at checkout before payment. There are no hidden fees.

1. Order Processing & Handling

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Standard handling time is 1–2 business days. Orders placed after our daily cutoff time, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing on the next business day. In the event of unusually high order volume, we will notify you promptly of any processing delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated strictly by your order value and will be clearly displayed in your cart at checkout. No hidden fees are added after your purchase.

3. Carriers & Restrictions

To ensure the safe and reliable delivery of your medical supplies, we partner with USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

  • We ship exclusively within the United States and US territories.

  • We do not offer international shipping.

  • We can not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Once your package ships, you will receive a second email containing your carrier tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.

5. Out-of-Stock & Backordered Items

If an item in your order is on backorder, we will notify you immediately with an estimated restock date. You may choose to wait for the item to ship or cancel the backordered item for a full refund.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and its contents, keep all original packing materials, and contact the carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) directly to file a claim.

  • Lost Packages: If your expected delivery window has passed and your package is missing, please contact us at support@medute.com. We will work with the carrier to locate it. If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we will issue a replacement or a refund.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a standard return (please refer to our Return & Refund Policy).
