Textured Long Stretch Bandages

Dauerbinde K Long Stretch Bandages are easy to apply to the contours of the body for variable levels of compression. Due to its impressive stretch properties, the level of compression can be adjusted to accommodate a variety of support and immobilization needs. The Long Stretch wrap is ideal for stabilizing injured tendons and muscles, dressing retention, and compression bandaging for lymphology and phlebology.

Impressive Stretch

Able to extend lengthwise by approximately 180% its length, the durable, textured fabric conforms to all areas of the body without creases or folds and accommodates changes in edema. The bandage is made of latex-free material, however, the included clips contain latex. Dauerbinde K bandages are made of 86% cotton, 7% polyamide, and 7% elastane. The easy-to-clean material can be washed or sterilized by steam.

Used for Multi-Layer Bandaging

The lightweight wraps can be incorporated into wound care routines as a multi-layer bandage. As the final layer applied, the Dauerbinde K bandage can be used to hold other bandages together and help prevent slippage. The Long Stretch Bandages have a high resting pressure level and should not be worn overnight or during extended periods of rest.
