Static Splint Y-Strap
The Static Splint Y-Strap is designed to help secure a hand when placed in a static positioning splint. The neoprene strap with hook fastener attachments will fasten to loop fastener attachments added to the underside of a splint. The strap also provides a mild stretch for patients with MP flexion contractures. (Forearm straps shown not included.) A general rule of thumb when trying to determine the size needed for a patient is to measure the width of the MCPs and add an inch.
