This adult and children distance chart is the same as the 600705 Sloan Letter Chart, but the lines are labeled with only 10 ft and 20 ft notations. Proportionally-spaced lines; line sizes range from 20/160 to 20/10 (6/48 to 6/3) equivalent. This chart can either be wall mounted or used in an ESV1200, ESV1500, or a Model A+ illuminated cabinet.
