This pediatric screening test was designed by the West Virginia Vision Initiative for Children for quick amblyopia screening. This pass/fail wall chart contains two rows of LEA SYMBOLS®, one for each eye of critical line 20/40 for 3 year olds and 20/32 for 4 year olds and older. Includes a response key. Instructions are printed on the reverse side.
