The Aerobic Exercise Step builds endurance by simulating stair inclines. The top platform features a non-skid surface. Four height adjustable blocks are included. Non-skid feet on the blocks prevent the unit from slipping on any floor surface. Platform is 4"H and each riser is 2"H. No more than three pairs of risers are recommended.
