These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of medute.com and any purchases made through the site. The website is operated by Royal Pro Solutions Inc., doing business as Medute (“Medute,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The store is hosted by Shopify Inc. and its affiliates.
By browsing the site, creating an account, submitting a quote request, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Payment Policy, and any other policy linked from the site. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Operator and contact

2. Eligibility
You must be the age of majority in your state of residence and able to form a binding contract to use the site and place orders. If you order on behalf of a clinic, hospital, lab, reseller, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Account registration
You may browse as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We may refuse registration, suspend access, or close accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inaccurate.
4. Products, descriptions, and availability
We offer professional medical and surgical supplies and related products. Product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, and packaging details are provided for identification and purchasing. Photos may show representative packaging and can differ slightly from the unit shipped. Inventory changes quickly; an item shown as available may become unavailable before fulfillment. We may limit quantities per customer, per order, or per period.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD), exclude sales tax unless stated otherwise, and may change until an order is accepted. Typographical errors in price or description may be corrected, and affected orders may be canceled with a refund of amounts paid for the canceled items.
5. Independent reseller status
Medute is an independent reseller. Brand names and trademarks appear to identify genuine products. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, we are not the manufacturer, not an authorized dealer exclusive to that brand, and not affiliated with the brand owner beyond purchasing and reselling authentic goods through legitimate supply channels.
6. Regulated products and documentation
Some products require a prescription, a medical license, a facility license, or other documentation before they can ship. If your order includes such an item, we will request the required documents and may hold or cancel the item until documentation is accepted. Providing false or incomplete documentation is grounds for cancellation without obligation to ship the regulated item.
Product information on medute.com is general commercial information. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for professional clinical judgment. Always follow the manufacturer’s labeling and your licensed clinician’s instructions.
7. Orders, payment, and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order for reasons including suspected fraud, documentation failure, shipping restrictions, pricing error, or stock issues. Payment is due at checkout unless we approve a wire or other arrangement for a bulk order. Accepted payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and wire transfer for approved corporate or bulk orders. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and applicable law. Shipping is charged according to our Shipping Policy rate table and is shown before payment.
8. Shipping and delivery
Delivery estimates, carriers, address restrictions, and rates are governed by our Shipping Policy. Handling time is 1–2 business days and standard transit is 3–4 business days unless a product page or special-order notice states otherwise. Risk of loss transfers on delivery to the address you provide, as further described in the Shipping Policy.
9. Returns and refunds
Returns, restocking fees, non-returnable categories, and refund timing are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. You must obtain a Return Authorization before shipping any return to Royal Pro Solutions Inc., 56 Central Ave, Lodi, NJ 07644, United States, unless we instruct otherwise in writing.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of export, sanctions, or medical-device distribution rules that apply to you;
- Submit false identity, payment, shipping, or license information;
- Scrape, harvest, or index the site by automated means in a way that burdens our systems or violates Shopify’s acceptable use rules;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or payment flows;
- Interfere with other customers’ use of the store; or
- Reproduce site content for commercial republication without our written consent, except for fair use of product information needed for your internal purchasing records.
11. Intellectual property
Site design, text, graphics, logos (excluding third-party brand marks), and software are owned by Medute/Royal Pro Solutions Inc. or our licensors. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners and are used for product identification.
12. Third-party services
Checkout, payments, analytics, advertising tags, and carrier tracking rely on third-party services. Those providers’ terms and privacy policies apply to their processing. We are not responsible for outages or errors solely caused by those providers, except that we will help you resolve affected Medute orders when commercially reasonable.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as required by law or expressly stated in a manufacturer warranty that runs to you, products and the site are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Manufacturer warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Pro Solutions Inc. and Medute, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents, are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the site or from products purchased through the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to an order or the site is limited to the amount you paid to Medute for the products giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
Some states do not allow certain limitations; in those states, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Royal Pro Solutions Inc. and Medute from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your unauthorized use or distribution of products purchased from us.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in New Jersey shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site, unless applicable consumer law requires another forum.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for future visits and orders. Policies linked from the footer may be updated separately and remain part of your agreement when you place an order.
18. Severability and entire agreement
If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with the policies referenced above and any order confirmation, are the entire agreement between you and Medute regarding the site and online purchases, and supersede prior conflicting website statements on the same subject.
