ComfortFoam Ag Border is a highly absorbent self-adherent silicone foam island dressing with silver ions that help reduce bacterial colonization in the dressing. The dressing consists of a soft silicone contact surface, a flexible polyurethane foam pad, a non-woven fabric layer and a vapor permeable, waterproof outer film. The silicone adhesive sticks to surrounding skin but not to the wound bed, minimizing pain and the risk of damage to the wound area. Low profile border for added adhesion.
