In a quest for an active lifestyle The Knee Brace with Range of Motion is designed to bring comfort to a new level with an elegant, light design. Available for the user's right or left knee, it alleviates the knee pain by reducing the weight on your medial or lateral compartment, using the three point pressure system. Composed of two aluminum, reinforced semi-rigid straps that surround the distal region (above the knee) and the proximal region (below the knee). Straps can be custom-molded for an optimal torsion support, and they are bound together by a patented, articulated aluminum support that is easily adjusted for flexion and extension. The support is accessible within a zipped pocket.
The Knee Brace with Range of Motion is indicated for mild to moderate medial or lateral compartment OA without instability. It helps to reduce the load on the lateral compartment by using it on the opposite knee such as the Left Medial used on a Right Knee becomes a "Right Lateral" support. This knee brace is also used for meniscus and chondral defect procedures.
