- Above-the-knee support reduces the force of quad muscles on the knee and lessens potential for misalignment. Below-the-knee support improves tracking and reduces displacement.
- Helpful for jumper's knee, chondromalacia patella, patellfemoral syndrome, patellar tendonitis and runners knee.
- Strap applies pressure upon the patellar tendon below the kneecap to stabilize and tighten up the kneecap mechanism, which improves patellar tracking and elevation and reduces patellar subluxation.
