The Sammons Preston Front-Release Padded Wheelchair Belt is a soft padded belt with cotton straps that attach to a cam-lock buckle, or nylon straps with a hook and loop closure. The belt is intended to prevent the patient from falling out of the wheelchair, due to minor surface bumps, transportation of the patient. The closures are located in front of the belt, allowing easy removal when needed. The belt is secure by wrapping around the chair.
