This stout hickory wood walking stick looks like a staff created for royalty. The handsome leather handle is made from 35 layers of vegetable tanned leather sandwiched between rings of the exotic woods brass, padauk and ebony specially imported from Africa or South America.
The stick has a good weight to it due to the solid strength and durability of hickory. Its unparalleled strength has made it a wood of choice for tool handles, bows, and baseball bats.
