The Loop Stirrup have loops on both ends to put the band through one loop and a through the other loop, a stationary object. The Anchor Stirrup with Nub has a loop on one end with a nub on the other end. The nub can go through a door jam or wall pulley system while the band goes through the loop. The Door Disk Anchor Strap places the disk in a doorway at any height to create a workout station once the door is closed. While being comfortable, the Standard Adjustable Foam Handles provide users with a firm grip. Place the band or tube through the adjustable webbing strap and pull on the fastener to secure.
