The thermometer provides predictive readings, easy usage, and accuracy. Orally, the thermometer accuracy is +/- 0.3°C with a speed of 3-5 seconds. With axillary, the accuracy is +/- 0.1°C with a speed of 8-12 seconds. With an easy-to-read LCD screen, the thermometer is simple to operate. Celsius and Fahrenheit can be interchanged by pushing a button. Temperature measurement range is 86°F-109°F (30°C-43°C). The covers for the thermometer are disposable with a single-use. Made from a smooth, rigid plastic, they can be removed by pressing the release button on the thermometer into waste.
