The Handmaster plus provides a complete reciprocal muscle group exercise for the hand through full, natural planes of motion. This product is great for stroke rehabilitation as well as treating carpal tunnel syndrome and tennis elbow. Each product contains one resistant ball, two flexible cords (for varying hand sizes) and complete instructions. Excellent for personal and professional purposes.
