The Lightweight Band Rack is great for at-home use as well as for a physical therapist's office when working with patients. The rack can accomodate to hold 50-yard resistive exercise bands and 6-yard bands. In the rack itself are dispensing spindles that make easy work of taking a band from the section it is in in the rack. The rack can stand on a counter or be mounted to a wall for optimal convenience for the user.
