The Bungie cords (rubber banding covered with braided nylon) provide resistive exercises for major joints and muscle groups. Each modular cord consists of a single section with a combination mount (to attach to door, chair or other stable object) at one end and metal clip for modular components at the other. Bungies provide long-lasting service, consistent tension, and give heightened proprioceptive awareness.
