The exercise rolls come in varying levels of progressive resistance and are color-coded to indicate how many pounds of resistance the band provides. Starting from beginner to advanced, the levels of resistance are: Extra-Light (Peach), Light (Orange), Medium (Lime Green), Heavy (Blueberry) and Extra Heavy (Plum). Offering high tensile strength, the bands are available in either latex-free or natural rubber latex construction.
