Pre-formed resting pan mitt splints are ideal for positioning the hand with arthritis or mild hypertonicity. Positions the wrist and hand in approximately 10° of wrist extension, 5° of ulnar deviation, 45° of MCP and PIP flexion and 20° of DIP flexion, with the thumb in 45° of extension midway between radial and palmar abduction.
