To use, simply slide the thumb/hand into the splint. Secure the strap to the degree that it is comfortable and not cutting off the circulation. The Rolyan Rigid Thumb Spica immobilizes the CMC and MCP areas of the thumb. The polypropylene can be softened with a heat gun for minor modifications.
