The Rolyan Wrist and Thumb Spica Splint Version 1 is designed to immobilize the wrist CMC and MCP joints of the thumb. It is used for several diagnoses including deQuervain's syndrome and gamekeeper's thumb, as well as reconstruction of the MCP joint.
