Easily Chops Food Without Sliding
The Hi-D Paring Board is a kitchen aid designed for individuals with reduced hand strength or who have only the use of one hand. The paring board has four rubber suction feet to keep the board securely in one place. It also features two aluminum spikes to hold food for peeling and slicing.
Made with High Density Polyethylene
The paring board is constructed with high density polyethylene. The corner guard is designed to keep food from sliding off the board during food preparation, such as spreading butter or cutting bread. The corner also acts as a barrier to keep food such as grapes or olives from rolling off the edge.
Easy and Quick Clean-Up
Those with limited dexterity will benefit from using the adapted cutting board because it makes peeling, slicing, grating, and preparing food safer and more convenient.
