The bed wedge is used to help relieve problems associated with acid reflux. Other problems the wedge can help reduce are symptoms from heartburn, sleep apnea, snoring, sinus problems, and any other conditions where the upper body needs to be in an incline. The wedge is created from a high-density foam. To prevent skin-damaging friction and shear, the outer cover is made from a waterproof low-shear.
