The Smart Caregiver "Unbreakable" Magnet Pull-String Alarm is has a tether with a magnet on the end that attaches to the base. When the tether is pulled far enough it separates from the magnet and the alarm sounds. This alerts care takers when a resident or patients gets up from the bed or wheelchair. The monitor has a locking and mounting strap to attach it to the back of a wheelchair. The alarm allows caretakers to safely monitor residents from a distance.
