The Total Gym Accessories include the 3-Grip Pull-Up Bar, Baps Adapter, Closed Chain Platform, Leg Pulley System, Deluxe Slide Distance Regulator, Squat Handle Bar, and Complete Strength Accessory Package. All of these accessories are compatible with the Total Gym GTS and Power Tower. Add versatility to your workout by pairing one of these accessories with your Total Gym.
The 3-Grip Pull-Up BarĀ provides the ability to perform pull-ups in three different grip positions. The easily attachable Pull-Up Bar allows for wide, narrow, and hammer grip pull-ups. TheĀ Baps AdapterĀ easily inserts and attaches to the closed chain platform accessory. The adapter allows controlled closed chain rehab and conditioning for the lower leg, ankle, and foot. Adjustable calibration levels and a steel construction allow for durability. TheĀ Closed Chain PlatformĀ allows for a number of lower body exercises during physical therapy and muscle strengthening. The platform also provides a wide variety of foot patterning and positions for speed and agility training.
TheĀ Leg Pulley SystemĀ includes 2 heavy duty nylon-web foot harnesses, 1 nylon ankle harness lined with foam, and 1 cable extension kit. The system allows you to perform cable based leg exercises during resistance training and therapy. TheĀ Slide Distance RegulatorĀ provides control and safety by setting the rolling distance of the glideboard. Locking and customizing the glideboard allows for correct positioning and mobility limitations when training and performing physical therapy.TheĀ Squat Handle BarĀ provides increased stability and control of the glideboard during weighted squats allowing for additional safety.
