Simulate Job Activities and Train
The Weight Sled can be used to simulate typical job activities like pushing boxes or strollers. It can also be used in strength training and conditioning for skiing, running, or football exercises. Clinicians can customize patient push, pull, or drag exercises by gradually adding weight to the four weight holders. Training with a weighted sled can help improve muscles and joints in the shoulders, back, hips, thighs, and calves.
