This easy-to-use visual acuity near vision card features E and C Charts, on both sides. This standardized test includes both sides of the chart and has optotypes in proportionally spaced (logMAR) lines with line sizes ranging from 20/400 to 20/10 (6/120 to 6/3) equivalent, 0.05 to 2.00.
Printed with pupilometer with sizes ranging from 2 to 9 on one side and a ruler for both metric and inches on the other.
Card measures 3.75" x 6.25" (9.5 cm x 15.9 cm).
