The Bauerfeind GenuTrain P3 features a larger silicone insert with integrated guide keeps patella from shifting laterally while decreasing pain and swelling. The GenuTrain gently corrects the patella shift medially during flexion when it is needed, unlike other supports that forcefully pull the patella with strapping. It centers the patella during joint motion while enhancing proprioception and decreasing pain and swelling. The breathable, anatomical knit provides controlled compression to reduce pain, swelling and edema, while the special knit in popliteal region prevents pinching and bunching. Two medial, lateral staus prevent bunching and migration. The GenuTrain is ideal for patellofemoral pain syndrome, chondromalacia, patellar subluxation, after lateral release surgery, anterior knee pain and patellar instability.
