Designed to protect and cushion wounds and maintain a moist wound environment, this island dressing consists of a highly absorbent primary hydrophilic foam layer with a waterproof, adhesive backing. Hydrophilic foam’s wicking ability decreases maceration issues. Conforms easily to awkward-to-dress areas. Fenestrated version available for tube sites.
