Near Vision, Card that combines both high Contrast characters on one side and 10% low Contrast on the opposite. Each side contains both ETDRS format Sloan Letter, and continuous text reading, available in multiple languages. Sloan Letter, optotypes line sizes range from 20/400 to 20/10 equivalent with continuous text lines sizes ranging from 20/100 to 20/20 equivalent. Near Vision, Card has 16"/40cm cord for easy distance measuring.
Each line is notated in Letter Size, Decimal, LogMAR, Distance Equivalent Foot & Meters, and Diopters of Add.
Near Vision, card is screen printed on styrene plastic for long lasting durability. Card measures 8" x 10" (20.4 x 25.5 cm).
