This occluder combines a Maddox rod, a red lens, fixation targets, and multiple pinholes. One side features 1mm pinholes, and the other side features 1.3mm pinholes. One side features symbol and letter optotypes in the following sizes: .6mm, .8mm, 1.0mm, 1.6mm, 2.0mm, and 2.5mm.
