DeRoyal Multidex Gel Maltodextrin Hydrophilic Wound Dressing is for use with Multidex Powder. When combined they fill the wounded area with topical nutrients. The formula mixes with exudates to create a protective layer that promotes epithelial proliferation and granulation tissue growth. It's designed for use on wounds with minimal drainage or dry wounds and works on infected wounds and cuts that are not healing properly.
