Resistance Training
Both 3’ and 6’ Exerband Tubing is excellent for resistance training in personal or professional environments. 3’ Tubing
ExerBand 3’ Unilateral Tubes are sold in a set of five – one resistance band of each color. The 3’ single strand latex tubing includes one EzChange Handle and one web anchor strap. The web anchor strap anchors into the Web Slide Exercise Rail or into a standard door. The set of five includes one yellow, red, green, blue, and black tube.
6’ Tubing
ExerBand 6’ Bilateral Tubes are latex tubes with two EzChange Handles and one web anchor strap. Like the 3’ tubing, the web anchor strap attaches by anchoring into a web slide exercise rail or standard door. ExerBand 6’ Bilateral Tubes include one yellow, red, green, blue, and black tube.
