This card was designed as a rapid test for checking the current prescription and accuracy of the add to be prescribed. One side of the card contains words and the other side contains numbers. The line increments are in logMAR units and Snellen equivalent. Acuity ranges from 8.0M to .4M (20/400 to 20/20).
