Unna's Boot is an effective semi-rigid cast created to manage venous leg ulcers and associated dermatitis. This non-raveling gauze is soaked in a zinc oxide formula with calamine, which serves as a healing agent. The non-raveling gauze dries quickly and provides firm, even pressure.
