The GivMohr® Sling is a dynamic positioning device designed to reduce shoulder subluxation and support the flaccid upper extremity in a functional position during activities in standing and ambulation.
Dynamic Support
The GivMohr Sling provides dynamic support for the flaccid upper extremity. The arm is held in a functional position, with the elbow in 30 degrees of flexion, the wrist in 30 degrees of extension, and the sling positions the shoulder in neutral rotation to reduce subluxation. It features an adjustable foam axillary pad for added comfort and a locking 4-Tab for consistent positioning, increased performance, and ease of use.
Ideal for a Variety of Neurological Conditions
Joint compression is applied throughout the wrist, elbow, and shoulder to help facilitate neurological return. It is ideal for conditions such as stroke/CVA, ALS, Traumatic Brain Injury, Brachial Plexus Injury, Central Cord Syndrome, and more. The GivMohr sling was designed by OTs and PTs to provide patients with effective arm support devices that support a flaccid arm.
