This Adjustable Decline Bench is more than just versatile, it's a must-have for those serious about getting in shape and reaching their fitness goals. Why? Sit-ups for starters. This Decline Bench positions the upper body at an angle so that it's lower than the hips and thighs. This positioning causes the body to work harder, against gravity and through a wider range of motion. Decline sit-ups strengthen the core, challenges users and greatly increases effectiveness when compared to "regular sit-ups." An ergonomic knob allows for easy adjustment to any of the 10 available height positions. Beyond decline sit-ups, this bench enables additional "no equipment necessary" exercises. Reverse crunches/curls, incline leg raises, push-ups and Russian twists are just a few of the exercises possible. Adding a weight plate or dumbbells to any of these exercises increases difficulty and effectiveness. The convenient footprint of 25" x 61" means this bench can fit nearly anywhere. While assembly is required for the Decline Bench, no power tools are needed to put this unit together. Please note this is the Adjustable Decline AB Bench only. Weight bars, weight plates, dumbbells and all other accessories are available separately. The H-base of the Bench ensures the balance, stability and the sturdiness of the unit. Frame is constructed of attractive 2" x 4" flat oval tubing. Angle of decline can be adjusted 10 positions from 18░ to 38░. Dual padded ankle rollers keep legs secure and in-place during workouts. Integrated wheels on the bench make relocating a simple task.
