Simple, space efficient and mounted on a rugged frame, the Utility Bench is ideal for exercises like overhead shoulder presses, bicep curls and tricep lifts, to name only a few. One tool, multiple options. Most flat benches provide little to no back support. The Utility Bench features cushioned back and seat pads, with the back pad angled 10░, to provide maximum comfort to exercisers. Not just for dumbbells and weights, the Utility Bench is a great aid in non-equipment exercises as well. Sit-ups, curls, leg-raises, twists, push-ups and more present new challenges when done in conjunction with a bench. Please note this is the Utility Bench only. Weight bars, weight plates, dumbbells and all other accessories are available separately. While assembly is required for the FID Bench, no power tools are needed to put this unit together. The convenient footprint of 25" x 49" means the Utility Bench can fit nearly anywhere. Frame is constructed of attractive 2" x 4" flat oval tubing. Integrated rubber wheels make relocating a simple task. Easy to clean needing just a warm, damp cloth and some mild soap.
