The IOGEL improved transport and maintains the pH the drug was formulated with. For a broad range of drugs, the Silver-Silver Chloride electrodes optimize delivery. The IOGEL eliminates hydrolysis of water, gas production, and shifts in pH. The Matrix ensures complete contact between drug electrode and skin, even in highly contoured areas. The IOGEL distributes the drug current evenly and thoroughly while minimize skin irritation and burns. With a peel-away window, filling and handling is easy. The window still protects adhesive while hydrating, and provides faster electrode preparation.
