The Funduscopic Grading Card is used to help grade various funduscopic challenges. The primary tool will assist the provider to better determine C/D ratios for glaucoma patients. The JLC Funduscopic Grading Card can also be used to select proper A/V (artery/vein) and ALR (arteriolar light reflex) ratios.
Card is 2-sided styrene approximately 4.25" x 6" (15.5 cm x 10.5 cm).
