A LEA SYMBOLS® 15 line folding chart set with 100% spacing on one side and 25% spacing on the other. Great for screening and testing very young children. The chart features pediatric symbols with proportionally spaced lines (ETDRS format) for monocular (testing one eye with the other eye occluded) and binocular (testing both eyes simultaneously) visual acuity testing or screening. The other side has 25% spacing.
