A pediatric eye chart for vision testing children beginning at age 2 1/2 years. Features LEA SYMBOLS® pediatric symbols on one side and HOTV optotypes on the opposite. The 50% spaced rectangles (Massachusetts Visual Acuity Test format) have line sizes from 20/100 to 20/8 (6/30 to 6/2.4) equivalent. Has a hole for hanging the chart on the wall. Response key and instructions are included.
Notations include actual letter size for 10 foot and 3 meter measurements found on the left side of the chart. Equivalent letter sizes notations include 20 foot, 6 meter, decimal, and Log MAR measurements found on the right side of the chart.
