This Finger Extension Assist is designed for increasing PIP extension that is restricted by joint tightness or flexion contractures. The assist can be bent to accommodate mild swelling and it extends the MP joint slightly. To find the right size, measure on volar surface from distal palmar crease to distal finger crease.
