Weight Stack Features
Rehab Pro Bilateral Pulleys includes 20, 5 pound weight plates with each plate offering 2.5 pounds of resistance due to the 2:1 weight-to-resistance ratio. The two pulley handles allow users to exercise both extremities at the same time through a series of dynamic and isotonic movements. The Bilateral Pulley System also features a ¾” chromium guide rods on the weight stack that allow for easy tracking.
Rope Adjustment
The pulley system can be adjusted to customize workouts and offer a range of exercises. The Rehab pro features a 84.5 in height adjustment bar, plated and engraved with numbers for ease of use. The angle and length of the rope can also be customized at 2 in increments using the spring loaded plungers
