The Sammons Preston Knee Abductor Foam Cushion is ideal for patients who require aggressive femoral neutralization and prevention of internal rotation at the hip. In addition, the cushion reduces sacral sitting and limits forward movement of the pelvis. Combined with a solid seat surface for stability, the cushion comfortably maintains 4" of knee separation.

The foam cushion is covered in a fluid-proof, wipe-clean vinyl cover to protect against incontinence. Ideal for easy sanitation purposes, the abduction wedge can be wiped clean with soap and water or a mild disinfectant between uses.
