To prevent and treat pressure sores, the open heel eliminates heel pressure by suspending the heel in the air. The lining is made from a soft microfiber to minimize friction. For individual fit for each user, the dual straps can be adjusted to any position. The height is extended to keep blankets off toes while still reducing the risk of plantar flexion (foot drop).
