The near vision screening portion features Sloan Letters with 2 lines of linear-spaces optotypes in the following size equivalents: 20/200, 20/40, and 20/32. The near vision portion also contains 2 columns of proportionally spaced characters with size equivalents of 20/50 to 20/16.
This distance screening portion for 10 feet (3 meters) features 2 lines of linear-spaced optotypes in the following size equivalents: 20/40, 20/32, 20/25, and 20/20.
